What's different about Freshwater Estates Ltd

Unlike some of the other larger house builders, we do not roll out standard house types and designs, each property is unique and is designed to reflect the surroundings in which they stand. The products that we use are mainly natural materials ie. natural slates, handmade clay roof tiles, hand made bricks, timber windows and doors [where appropriate], timber cladding system and structural elements. This we feel is reflected in the final elevations of our developments and give them a more traditional feel.

As we are a private Company, we are able to give you a greater flexibility to customise your property, subject to the stage of construction. You will also be in direct contact with the site manager and site staff who will be able to answer any queries or concerns you may have quickly and efficiently.

We operate a quality control log book, which involves the client being shown by way of a site visit at various stages, how the property is constructed. These meetings and visits are recorded and copied to the client to record extra items required to note any snagging items to be completed and dealt with before handover and occupation. The properties are inspected by both the local authority Building Inspector and the 'Zurich' Building Inspector. We therefore have the inspectors checking and testing our construction and finally we feel secure in the knowledge that two Final Certificates have been issued.
