QUALITY CONTROL

We employ a very rigorous quality control process to ensure that your home meets with our and your high expectations. Every single part of the construction of your new home is broken down into three key stages of construction, from the foundations to the roof tiles, from the gates to the turf. Only by closely monitoring the whole build and attending promptly to any work that does not meet with our high standards are we able to confidently hand over your property at completion.

When we do hand over your property, we provide you with a comprehensive home owner pack and carefully demonstrate to you the operation of all the systems. If you then have any questions, our director provides you with his direct phone number and invites you to call him at any time to ensure prompt resolution.

But it doesn't stop here. After you have settled into your home, we arrange to re-visit you on no less than two occasions to ensure that things are perfect. We visit you very soon after handing over the property to ensure that all the facilities within the house that we have shown you how to use, such as the heating, are all working as you would wish and to answer any further questions. Then, about six months later, we arrange another visit to ensure that any settlement of the building that may have taken place has not caused any problems. If it has, such as e.g. plaster cracking, we will remedy and re-decorate the affected areas promptly.

BUILDING INSPECTIONS

In addition to our rigorous quality assurance process, your home will be inspected and approved by both the local authority Building Inspector and the 'Zurich' Building Inspector. Only when we and they have issued certificates of approval, do we prepare your home for handover.

PEACE OF MIND

For your peace of mind, we insure your new home for ten years with Zurich Insurance and a similar warranty is also conferred by our membership of the National House Building Council.

We also have a team dedicated to the after sales side of the business, dealing with all small or large matters that occur within the first six months of occupying the property.
